Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Very good food! Went for Father’s Day….thankfully had reservations for our party of 6!
Overall the food was good, the Cod sandwich was overdone and not great. The Bourbon Burgers were good but we had a trainee take the order and missed a burger. That may have been partially due to the noise level. My friend ordered her burger medium and then the Bru Fries to share; somehow our server thought she changed her order TO the Bru Fries only. Again, the server was also new and mistakes will happen. The noise level is loud when it’s full, makes table conversation a bit difficult at times.
The food did not disappoint. Very good flavor and quick service. Onion rings were super sized and well prepared along with the Baja salmon.
We we seated right away and informed our server we were on a time crunch. She expedited our food delivery and provided excellent service! The food was perfectly prepared. Can’t wait to return and enjoy the full experience soon!
