I talked to Bruce three or four times in total throughout the process. Additionally, due to some kind of mix up I had to pay an additional $1975.00 to close on my house and wasn't informed of this until less than an hour before signing closing papers - after I had already wired the amount on my closing disclosure the week before. I appreciate Bruce always answering the phone and being available for questions. Communication within his team seemed very challenged though. Getting straight answers from people was hard. We switched loan types under the information that everything would be the same and then found out later it wasn't. Received papers to sign and home owner certification tests very late in the process and were then rushed to get them done. Requested a lower interest rate when the rates lowered and were refused.
