My daughter took her 2-week-old daughter for a lip and tongue tie procedure and was not told until the appointment that their policy is to require payment in advance. Even though they made a mistake in not discussing this is advance, they refused to offer a payment plan and instead turned away a child who needed treatment. She is having trouble eating but they chose to put money ahead of the needs of this child. Now we have to find another doctor who can do the procedure ASAP.
