I am always happy to work with Bryan May. He is a great lender and works very hard to keep all parties informed during the process. My sellers were unhappy to be kept waiting. We waited for 45 minutes and then waited an additional 45 minutes for funding. My seller felt very disrespected. In the future, perhaps sellers could come 30 minutes later. My seller was also offended that an employee of the company entered the closing room with no mask to get a soft drink out of the mini fridge.
