Bryan was not readily reachable during our mortgage application and was not timely about returning phone calls. When we had barriers to parts of the application- work around solutions were not thoroughly discussed. The price breakdown sheet was not provided until the day before the closing. Some of the costs on the sheet were not properly identified a d accounted for. The use of additional office staff were not identified by Bryan as contacts. The email formats were nearly unreadable.

I received requests for documents from Nick Edgerly and then received requests for the same documents from Bryan May. Communication between the 2 was not occurring. Transactions on the initial paperwork I sent were significant in the terms of closing were completely missed by Bryan. At one point during the process Bryan scolded me stating “ You’re going to get the damn house!”. I will be filing a complaint with VA, BBB and will pass this info to every physician I know to avoid Bryan May.
