We LOVE this office. From when you walk in to when you walk out, it is a positive experience with an amazing staff who cares about their patients!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile. I never feel rushed through the visit and they take to time to answer any questions I may have.
Dr. Buchanan and her staff of highly trained professionals are absolutely Wonderful! They are all very likeable and have the best intentions in caring for their patients. I always felt very welcomed when I visited. Yes visited versus having an appointment. They make you feel like you are so very welcomed in their office home. This was my first time accompanying my daughter at her appointment. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone in the office. In addition the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere make the time pass very quickly while waiting during a complex appointment.

I'm just starting the process of getting braces (30 years after my first go-round), and I have been so pleased with how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient all of the staff are at each visit. The first-day 3-D x-rays that Dr. Buchanan used to show me what is happening "behind the scenes" sold me. I highly recommend Dr. Buchanan for all adults considering braces.
