We LOVE this office. From when you walk in to when you walk out, it is a positive experience with an amazing staff who cares about their patients!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile. I never feel rushed through the visit and they take to time to answer any questions I may have.

This was my first time accompanying my daughter at her appointment. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone in the office. In addition the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere make the time pass very quickly while waiting during a complex appointment.

I'm just starting the process of getting braces (30 years after my first go-round), and I have been so pleased with how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient all of the staff are at each visit. The first-day 3-D x-rays that Dr. Buchanan used to show me what is happening "behind the scenes" sold me. I highly recommend Dr. Buchanan for all adults considering braces.
