Had our first visit and treatment plan for my daughters braces. She felt comfortable there and so did I. Everyone was friendly and walked us through the entire process. We are looking forward to a great relationship with Dr B and her whole staff.
Appointment started and ended on time. Everyone we came in contact with during our visit was excited that next visit braces come off!
Friendly and nice as always... However we arrived 10 min early for a 4:15 appointment and did not get called back till 10-12 min past the appointment time... If patient is late they don't get seen and if assistants are late the patient waits... Not a two way street... Only complaint was the assistants were behind and sat around.
