I have yet to get a response from Budget wether or not they will come replace the window well or build an awning to help prevent the well from filling up with rain water and running over. I have glass brick windows so I feel water will not enter the basement, it just hurts me so because they did such a good job in my other 2 window wells and left with this half done job. With $6000 I haven’t get an new sump pump & twice I call them they declined they lifetime warranty in the contract & asking $4900 be careful this company is greedy heartless

Another company told us that our water problem was likely due to termite treatment holes, but I wanted a second opinion. The estimator that came out was only interested in selling me a sump pump and drain system and was disinterested in evaluating the problem more thoroughly and diagnosing the root of the issue. Their estimate was the least expensive of three that I received, but I would not trust them to do work given this experience.

Mike showed up a little earlier then scheduled. He immediately recognized that the flooding issue at my house is not something his company can reconcile. Despite this he took the next hour to look at the problem and decide different options that may work for my issue. A true professional. I only wish I could have met him earlier.
I previously gave this company a bad review on Angie's. <br /> I had no complaints until the spate of hurricanes last year. then i got water in my basement. when i called to report this the company was not responsive. after i filed my report here the owner called me and asked to inspect the work. he was very pleasant and will send someone out to see what the problem is. he told me that no company can guarantee 100% that water will not seep into a basement in extreme conditions like hurricanes and floods and i suspect that he... read more
Budget never showed up for our appointment and did not have the courtesy to call to let us know they could not make it. The owner later called and was very apologetic.
