The crew arrived as scheduled. The owner estimated it would be finished in one day, but it actually took a day and a half as they also redid my outside drain. I am extremely pleased with theresult of their work. <br />
Salesman Eric was personable yet professional. He was prompt and explained well the work to be done. The workers Ronald and Orlando arrived on time, were courteousand explained what they were there to do. They put in a full day's work. Work was completed in two days. Good clean up afterwards. I recommend them. <br />
Hurricane IRENE and Tropical storm LEE caused significant flooding in my basement. I called BUDGET WATERPROOFING for an estimate. Bill, the estimator and Manager of BW came to the house and provided factual information regarding the solution to the water problem along with a cost and time to complete estimate. They did a good job. They were on time and came back when I needed further assistance.
I saw Budget on Angies list and decided to give them a call. The sales person was having some family issues and ended up canceling our appointment 2 times. I was thinking about going with another company but I decided to stick it out. When the sales guy came he explained everything (which i had already heard before).
