I live at burnham310 for 3 years from 2017 to 2020. I do think I can give a very fair judgement of this apartment. Location of burnham310 is its main advantage, adjust by county marker and Very close to ECE building. Most stuff there were not really care about residents and put very little effort on their management and services. If you live anywhere remotely close to the dumpsters you will NEVER be able to sleep through the night, the obnoxiously loud banging from the garbage trucks/dumpsters will wake you up every single time they come, not to mention the garbage man comes at many random times so you could be woken up multiple times anywhere between 2am- 7am.
