My experience at Burnham 310 has been very frustrating. I was bullied by maintenance staff once ( His name is Brian) and the manager said that He is too passionate and that is why they acted in an explosive manner. The maintenance worker didn't feel like coming to the apartment on two occasions to fix an emergency because it was a weekend, and he doesn't like to come to work at weekends, according to his own words. They still have not return my deposit after four months since I moved out, and the person who's responsible for this, Shaina Neidigh, did not reply to my emails after I asked her about the progress. The contact number which the leasing office gave me never worked. What a shame I liked it while I was living there, but it turns out they only care about earning money from you, once you left all they do is trying to put off your deposit return.

well, I was under the impression that my suit would include a tv set, which turned out not to be true. It is ok, in life misunderstanding happens, but the way I was treated at the office just left me with the impression that people work at the lease office is not only imcompetent but also mean spirited. Everybody was basically just covering up for the leasing agent even if nobody else was there when he showed the room to me.
