Check ups always great! Love my hygienist! However for tooth repair I called and made an appointment. Became ver I’ll with upper respiratory infection. Held out to see if better so cancelled prior to office opening on appt date. Called today to rescheduled. Successful however followed with if you cancel this appt. it will be $75. I found that rude and inappropriate for long time patient where husband and sister go AND HAS NEVER MISSED AN APPOINTMENT! I had a great experience so nothing needs to improve. Visiting the dentist is not my favorite way to spend time during the day but the dentists and staff make it much better.
