Also, today I have my no. 3 tooth extracted due to Dr. G. Preston Burns, Jr. botching an onlay, lying that he was responsible for it now needing a root canal, making up some psycho story that I had a facial deformity and that's why I had pain, etc. Talk about Satan being alive and well. Thank you for finding my situation. As advised I visited my LNP. Unfortunately I had been taking Sudafed which is a no no. Please thank the dental assistant who saw me Please schedule appt. To remove broken tooth. I will bring note from LNP.
I was told insurance would not pay for a needed procedure ( root canal) if I didnt have a cleaning first. I work in healthcare and I just dont believe it- no one HAS to get preventative care. And Insurance isn't allowed to deny needed care, so this just smacks of the practice wanting money. That is BAD business. I have been going here for yrs and they never acted like this before. What a shame.

I wasn't 30 minutes early but did make my appointment time of 11 but with inoperative equipment for filling out paperwork and staff going all over the place did not get done until almost 1 for just a basic cleaning. I over heard other people in waiting room talk about their appointment being at 11 and they were there 30 minutes early and then got taken back appx 10 minutes after appointment time. I feel as if the office is over booked with patients that the facility/staff cant accomodate. On a brighter note I like this offic... read more
