My experience with Abigail was wonderful. She is an active listener and excellent communicator which is very special, I am hearing impaired and she is one of a few with whom I have 100% word recognition. Even more importantly she is extremely competent and takes care to make sure I know what's going on and am comfortable with the procesures.
