Staff is very friendly, professional and cued in my needs. Everything was explained in detail and no "hard sell" tactics. It was refreshingly "painless."
Abigail was wonderful as usual. She does a great job. She is personable and professional.
My experience with Abigail was wonderful. She is an active listener and excellent communicator which is very special, I am hearing impaired and she is one of a few with whom I have 100% word recognition. Even more importantly she is extremely competent and takes care to make sure I know what's going on and am comfortable with the procesures.
