We have always loved taking our furbabies to see Mark or Audrey who have always been fantastic & wonderful - however, after repeated & disgusting service via the reception staff and one of the head nurses we will never be going back. 3 generations through this clinic and never again will any of step foot inside this clinic again.

We had always gone to this vet and paid the extra money because we thought it was a great vet for years but then we realised we were being run for our money and feelings. Absolutely disgusted in the poor quality and service of this Vet after my poor cat had been mis diagnosed and refused tests, being told to put her down immediately. BE WARNED!! Never on time for the appointments! They always makes us wait, staff at the front desk need to change their attitude. They only care about the money and not the animals! Plus the products their are overpriced. Be warned, don’t get scammed like we did. What a joke. lol
Treat the animal and not have money on the brain
Went in to euthanse a chicken, nurse at counter said they inject straight into the heart. I said that was cruel to do to a conscious animal and I wanted the chicken masked down with anesthesic first. Nurse came back and said that was ok. When vet called me in, no the anethesic was in use with surgery, they could take her out the back and give injection.
