ALWAYS a good experience When my kids can't wait to go to the dentist- that says it all! You may find someone cheaper; however,I challenge you to find someone who is right on with scheduling, reminders, punctuality, flexibility, service and care. Family practice at its best!

My kids love Dr. Bill! I started taking my children to Dr. Bill when we moved to Collierville. Not only is he fantastic at his job, he is a kind, caring person--and so is the rest of his staff. My 13 year old daughter actually looks forward to going to the dentist!

I am always extremely satisfied with the care and service provided to me and my children in the office. I had a problem with the after hours service on Feb. 14th. No one called me back after leaving 2 messages. I had a very anxious 8 year old and 2 very frustrated parents. The only thing I would address is the after hours customer service. My kids absolutely love Dr. Bill and his staff!
