Dr. Bill and his staff feel like part of our family. They are truly concerned and want the best for our children in their dental health care. Even though my insurance does cover completely and I have to pay some out of pocket, I refuse to change dentist. They are the greatest.
your child is more than a patient When we first talked in, my son and I were greeted by a chalkboard welcoming new patients. Dylan was just thrilled to see his name. Dr. Bill took us to his office where we discussed more than concerns. He wanted to know Dylan. Asked questions about what he likes to do. movies, games, hobbies, etc... Everyone made Dylan feel so special and it's nice to go to a doctor's office where you are more than a file number. I would recommend Dr. Bill to everyone.
Wonderful experience! From Michelle at the front desk to Dr. Bill himself, we had a wonderful experience for what could have been a stressful visit. We are new to the area, and we had not seen Dr. Bill yet. My daughter broke her front, permanent tooth over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning, and they fit us in that morning on a busy day. We are so thankful! My daughter had a great experience!
