Very diligent and patient with trying to match the best flight plan with my specific requirements for the best price and best route. Lexi ****** was very thorough and helped me even when I was not able to commit to purchase until 2 weeks later. She reevaluated the flight options I had and found new ones to keep me up to date immediately and I was able to purchase right away.

Prices are unbeatable! I have to say that I was skeptical about this website, but because I have the option of canceling within 24 hours. I did make the reservation. I was a bit worried when I received an email saying are processing your reservation as they already took the payment. I decided to call and spoke with a gentleman that was very nice. I called and got one contact Mollys. She followed thru and n made sure I got the ticket. She is a good customer focused member of the agency.I was little surprised that the webpage advertised the price for full business class but ended up giving me a hybrid booking and refunded some money. Not a big deal. But one has to be prepared for these things.
