My first booking for an international trip with ANA which was made by mistake was quickly cancelled upon request very professionally by Molly Wilson. Then, my second booking with correct info was handled expeditiously and efficiently. Andrew did an excellent job & was persistent since I had a lot going on. In the end after two weeks we finally found the best option and I appreciated his pleasant attitude through it all. Business Travel is excellent.
