This business is horrible and please do not make the mistake of doing business with them. The doors we ordered were chipped, not painted properly,had odd marks on them as if they had been gripped by something as they dried, had cracks in the wood and the seams were not tightly glued. We picked out the worse ones and did receive a 2nd shipment on them and the turned out to be just as bad if not worse. We communicated with them and they wanted them sent back and we were to supply our own shipping boxes. We have filed a consumer report with our credit card company who is currently investigating. We are filing a report with the AG of***************. How this will come out, I don't know. Obviously the work is being done by unskilled low paid workers who don't give a damn about quality as neither do the management. They are just a scam company who deserves to be shut down.

I ordered several custom sized cabinet doors. They quoted me an ETA, and they maintained communication throughout that time. The doors arrived within the ETA, and I greatly respect their ability to set a realistic expectation with me, especially since I was remodeling my condo to sell it. I didn't want to wait months and months. I'm actually surprised to see their *** score is so low. If I had seen this first, then I doubt I would have done business with them. However, I'm grateful I did, and I'm grateful I had such a positive experience. I highly recommend them. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and communication!

* several dozen phone calls
* threats to file legal action and dispute payment
* an umpteen additional hours
the final panel from kitchen cabinet orders #39664, #40130, #40292
arrived satisfactorily.
We are all very relieved I'm sure.

I am a custom kitchen contractor. I was looking to develop a relationship with a new cabinet door manufacturer. The order was large, 72 panels, totaling about $5,300. A number of the panels had custom lower and side rails sized differently from their standard. When shipped late originally, one panel was missing and 9 panels were defective due respectively to water damage and manufacture not according to specifications. In the most surprising case, one panel was manufactured identically wrong three times despite my having sent a full engineering drawing of the panel after the second miss-manufacture. It goes without saying that I will never do business with this company again. As a contractor I lost significant good will from my client because this supplier was so incompetent. I only received the correct replacement panels after threatening to dispute payment through my credit card company (whom appraised of the facts indicated that I absolutely had ground to dispute the full charges for this custom order), and threatening to file complaints both with the NC Better Business Bureau, and with the NC Attorney General.

Worse than Comcast! Unbelievably bad experience. I usually don't post bad reviews, but I have to warn you, take your business somewhere else! You'll loose your money here. My experience: I ordered 2 pcs. of cabinet door size 12 3/4"x39". It took 7 1/2 weeks to deliver 2 doors. Yes 2 pcs. of small size doors. I wanted to cancel order after 4 weeks, since I didn't received my order and I was told they don't do cancellation. I needed those doors for my client and it was impossible to explain why it takes so long. I had to wait. After almost 2 month from ordering day, I received package. When I opened it, I couldn't believe what I saw. I received edge glued panel (4 pieces of wood glued together sold as a cabinet door), similar item that home depot sells for $25 as a shelving. Basically 2 pieces of warped firewood. I called and requested refund. After seeing pictures Allen from customer service department admitted that this was not acceptable and offered me to re-do the order. I declined as I needed the door 5 weeks ago and told him that I will gladly send him those items back and I want to return my money. I was told again that they don't do cancellation, or refund. Basically once you place order with cabinet world doors, you can kiss your money goodbye, and pray you receive what you order. I wasn't that lucky. They basically stole my money! Do yourself a favor and save yourself headache and learn from my bad experience. After reading reviews on Yelp, I see this is a way how they make/steal money.
This is copy of e-mail I received from Allen. I work in construction 15 years and note that birch comes only in smaller sizes and they have to glue 4 pieces together to make 12 " board is just beyond belief.
I knew at that point that I deal with very special kind of people.
I'm attaching pictures of product I received and conversation with Allen.

B****, Cherry, oak, poplar... you name is sold as dimensional boards 1"x2" up to 1"x12".
I just purchased one 1"x12" today in Tw Perry lumber yard. (It's not important, but I believe your production manager is wrong.)
Simple google search for "1x12 birch board"
I told you on the phone, I have no time waiting for another replacement order since it took 7 weeks for this first delivery. If you want those panels back, please send me through e-mail prepaid return label and I'll drop it at the post office right away.
I don't want store credit, please refund back to my credit card total order amount of $177.37

******, After speaking with the production manager, The birch wood has to be pieced together this way. There is not a birch tree that is this wide. I do see, however, that the doors are warped and we do apologize. We can get these replaced if you need them to be or we can get you are store credit for a future order. Thank you. -Replacement Dept.

At time of order, I was promised a 3 week turnaround time. I've checked in with them each week since week 3 and get a different story each time. At week three, I was told it would be another 6 weeks. I complained and the said they would ship the following week. Last week I was told they are in shipping. This week (week 5) I was told they are in sanding. I've tried to cancel but they refuse. So I have filed a claim with my credit card company. This business is not honest with it's customers and doesn't seem to care about all the negative feedback.
