So far everything I have ordered has been top notch. Had 1 issue and they addressed it very quickly. Lead time is very long.

I bought some paint grade doors. They were perfect. Found out I'm not a good enough painter. Special paint special tools special techniques were frustratingly insufficient. (I'm picky) Ordered painted doors. When I get them I'm sure to love them.
Product was good, delivery was slow
I have ordered cabinet drawers and fronts from the firm on 4 separate occasions; in all cases I have very pleased with the products provided. My only angst is the long lead time from order to delivery. A customer/contractor must account for this long lead time when using this product line.
