It took a little bit of back and forth but once I got them to send over a full breakdown of what I can expect and what ** getting in exchange for my money I felt fully confident in their services. Its been 6 months since my initial purchase and my credit score is thriving.
I was worried that I would have issues cancelling my services because of some of the reviews I read online, but all I had to do was call them up and I received a confirmation of the cancellation via email within minutes and havent been charged since.
I really appreciated how not sales-y their rep was with me. I got all my questions answered but I was never pushed to purchase.
