Felix was really great during the picture selection, he gave us his honest opinion in everything & he answered all our questions. He was very professional! Thank you guys so much! We had a great experience!

Chalei was our professional photographer & she was absolutely AMAZING! Such a kind hearted girl! I truly enjoyed my time with her! On top of that she is an amazing photographer, thank you Chalei!

The worst experience!!! They are too expensive, bad customer service, poor communication. I wanted to finance, but they took the money directly from the bank account (without financing) regardless of whether they ruin your Christmas by leaving you without money. I made it clear that I want to pay for the pictures, but I wanted to do financing. Jessica, the manager, said she would give me a call to solve this issue, and she never did. Would give them a 0 if I could. They decided to mail out a "portfolio" and not clearly state it needed to be returned or they would charge you $235 4 months later!!!! Poor businesses practices. I will not have senior portraits in the year book for my future seniors due to this!

This has been the WORST experience. Cherokee County Hight School Seniors have to use this company to be pictured in Yearbook. Which I consider an extortion considering how bad they are. My son had an appointment for 30 minutes session at 1 pm, at 2 pm he was still waiting for his turn with no explanation what is taking so long. This studio is absolutely ridiculous, and I would be curious to see the open records where and how they got the exclusive rights for Cherokee County school photography.

I spent half of an afternoon waiting in line to talk to a rep, because the chat rep said yes, you can buy a la carte items. Welp, not true according to the phone rep who didn't take my word that the online system would not allow me to buy just one 8x10, we went through the all of the steps only for to say at the end, oh yeah you do have to buy a package in order to get just an 8x10.

If you would like to order a single sheet, you will need to call our Customer Experience team who will be able to place that order for you. You are not able to order a single sheet for an underclass student online. You are not able to pre-order single sheets, you will have to wait until your student takes the photo. Let me start by saying our first experience was amazing!!! Our reschedule date was a disaster. They didn’t even check before our first visit to make sure they had our cap and gown… asked for my daughter to wear another schools!! No!!! They promised when we left the first session they would call the ATL office and make sure they had it for our reschedule visit!!! We had an appointment at 11:00 am on Sunday morning, phone rings at 10:30 (remind you will leave an hour away) and they don’t have the cap and gown. But she was ca... read more
