Great overall experience. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, up-scale boutique feel, hip vibe without being too “clubby”, lots of close parking, great location in Scottsdale. Only negative is the scent pumped through the HVAC into the lobby and main indoor common areas. It could be a nice enhancement to the ambiance if it were subtle; instead, it’s overpowering like a 25 year old bro doused in cologne heading to the clubs.
