Good food and service in a cozy pleasant environment. Prices are also reasonable
Had lunch before going to the NY City Ballet at Lincoln Center. Food portions were well sized and service was friendly. I had the veggie sandwich which was fresh and delicious with roasted red peppers, mushrooms and burrata on focaccia. Steps away from the theater. Had read it is hard to find- so if you are going, please know it is in the Film building opposite Juilliard.
That rarest of all things in the Lincoln Center area – excellent food at a good price with a great professional staff. It’s a small menu, but everything was made from fresh and everything was top quality. Serving sizes were generous to put it mildly. The restaurant is crowded. It’s a small price to pay for this gem.
This is a great spot to meet after seeing a movie at the film center. The food is tasty, and they let you linger if they’re not busy.
Spaghetti and meatballs, eggplant Parmesan were delicious, with lots of luscious sauce on both. Focaccia was hot and soaked up leftover sauce. Waiter was friendly and attentive.
Food was delicious-great menu option for our group to have soup and 1/2 sandwich. Very busy; service was a bit slow but waitress was friendly and did her best. Worst problem was finding it! We wandered around Lincoln center and 65 st-it’s inside the film bldg but there was no signage outside. Please mention this when taking reservations!
The food was surprisingly well done, at a price point that was quite low. The chicken parm was excellent. Service was good and mindful of the fact that most dinner patrons were attending a concert, dance or opera at Lincoln Center. It’s an excellent choice for a convenient dinner before a performance.
Location if you are going to a performance at Lincoln Center is great. If you can find it. It is in the lobby of the Film Institute, but nothing on their website indicates that. When calling for help, we got an AI assisted voice giving us the street address, essentially worthless. Very busy place but everything coming out of the kitchen was literally scorched! My husband’s lasagne was black on top; I noticed that the hot sandwiches served to other tables all had blackened burned bread, while two slices of quiche at a nearby ... read more
The waitress seemed to not want to be there. Brought main dshes before salad which totally surprised us. For UWS good prices but I have had better food at a local pizzeria
