The doctor I see is great and She takes the time to listen and everyone is so nice and the place is so clean.
The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate.
I came here for my Covid vaccine and the entire staff was so nice and accommodating. They let me stay extra due to anxiety and even called on my drive home to check in. It was very much appreciated! :)
I went for a examination for Disability.I thought the nurse and Dr.were very professional and courteous.Check in and out was very easy and unlike most Doctors offices I was seen on time even though they were very busy.
They are extremely organized. The registration process was easy to follow and quick. The check in procedure was simple. The staff in Centerville was courteous and professional. I waited approximately 15 minutes. The vaccination itself took about five minutes. The nurse checked on me after 15 minutes and I was on my way. This was the simplest clinic visit I’ve ever had. Thank you.
I had to be at the clinic Monday @ 6:30 from where I live in Calera it was dark very dark on the road but when I got there I was immediately greeted by the nurse and it was not long the doctor gave me my shot everyone was so nice even @ that time of the day I felt so comfortable and @ ease I would go there again and I would not care about the long ride thanks to y’all again
I went for my Covid vaccine. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would very much recommend.
Finally got my first Covid vaccine! It was out in their parking lot. Initially didn’t know where to enter but finally found it. After we parked we stayed in the car as instructed. They came to us. All in all we were out within 30 minutes of our appointment time. There was two of us. Drove from Alabaster to get the shot, glad we did.
Caring, organized, quick.
