Great guy, knows his industry and very helpful in getting us the best rate. He stayed in contact with us giving us updates on what was going on with rates and our loan process.
At first we were trying Quicken Loans but when they would not lend to customer with a family trust, Caleb changed to his loan company and worked with them to maintain the already completed appraisal. Although I am in Los Altos, CA and Caleb is in Fresno, CA all of the loan application and reference questions were easily handled using their confidential computer submissions. Only the last signatures requiring a notary were done in Los Altos.
He works hard for his customers. We have used Caleb twice and he is fast , informative and will answer your phone calls for all of your silly questions! Good man.
