My senior Labrador retriever had been struggling with worsening severe arthritis, which led me to try CARE. The consult was thorough, and the weekly treatment plan involving physical therapy and acupuncture really helped my dog regain some strength, mobility and joy in life during his last few months. The caring and attentive staff began feeling like neighbors, and my dog enjoyed going there every week. This place was a godsend during a difficult time at the end of my dog's life. I highly recommend this place for any dogs th... read more

I can't say thank you enough. CARE team is family. My foster has been coming to them for the past 3 years. She was part of a hoarding case in Chandler, Arizona, and due to being crated for 6 months without any medical help after her injury, Lita couldn't get surgery. PT saved her. While she is still walking limited, she is walking. Acupuncture, PT, laser, underwater treadmill, all together have given her strength and made her back legs mobile again. It is not easy to afford of course, but I love her, and we have to find a wa... read more

We've only been going to CARE - California Animal Rehabilitation for a short time, but so far it's been a really positive experience. The entire staff is incredibly kind, and on our first visit the veterinarian spent almost two hours with us, answering questions and walking through everything thoughtfully. While physical therapy is definitely an investment, it feels worthwhile--especially if you're able to explore insurance options. We're hopeful for Otis's recovery, and the veterinarians have shared that overall there's a g... read more

Great veterinarians, think there are 5 of them, very knowledgeable and nice. Great therapists, also very knowledgeable and nice. Great staff all around. It never fails, I always get a detailed email on Duncans progress after each session and suggestions on what to work on for home care.

We have since lost our senior Great Dane, but we brought him here weekly during his final couple years, and it made a world of difference in his mobility and comfort. The team was always sincere, empathetic, and incredibly helpful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is considering it.

There are ridiculous people in this world who take their dogs to physical therapy, and this year, I've discovered that I am one of them. We got our basset hound Duke in 2012, when he was about a year old, and thirteen years and several major life changes later, he remains our sweet, beautiful baby boy. He's held up pretty well for an old dog, but a few months ago, his hind legs just suddenly stopped working. He couldn't stand or walk on his own, and he was hurting himself by dragging his hind legs across the floor. He still... read more

All the doctors and whole staff here are wonderful. I have a 6 year old pittie that is reactive and they have been so patient and gentle with her that she comes in wagging her tail and happy to be there(she has never been like this at any other vet). In terms of therapy, they helped my pittie with two torn ACLs gain more muscle mass and reduce the pain/inflammation she was chronically experience. Not to mention, every one is so knowledge and informative - they have taught me skills to maintain my progress with my pup so she ... read more
