RecommendedHeather my maintenance coordinator is wonderful. She got me service same day on my A/C unit. She had other helpful suggestions about my high energy bills these last two months due to thermostat that wasn’t properly working. At first, I tried to manage it on my own but because my rental property is located close to 2 hours away from me, I had a very difficult time managing, communicating, and providing my tenants with all their needs. We had our AC go out on the house we rent last weekend and Heather was great with getting the work order opened and following up with me even after the work was completed. Any time I have to place a work order Heather is always on top of it and always very attentive to make sure the work order is completed.
We have rented two different properties through California realty group over the past 5 years. They have always been quick to send someone out if any maintenance repair was needed. Everyone in the office has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend California Realty Group to anyone looking for a rental property in this area.
