This company is very unprofessional. If you rent with them make sure to document everything and i mean everything! In regards to the rental community we have only heard bad things about them, properties allowed to go weeks without running water! Its sad tenants do not know there rights and this company takes advantage of that at every turn! We rented for 3 years and had nothing but problems. HORRIBLE land lords. They blatantly refused to fix the Windows stating they weren't a security measure (according to fair housing they are) and until threat of contacting code enforcement did not acknowledge a problem with them. Received our apartment in a DEPLORABLE state and were required to pay for a cleaning fee upon exit which should have been waived to to the shite condition it was in when we got it. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for landlords/realty company.
