Scammed Salesman Abraham Paredes lied about company having a monitoring center. If a panel went down, I wouldn't even know and they'll be onsite replacing it in no time because they had a warehouse in Edinburg. Company now says they don't and that I'm responsible for checking my own system. Parts can take a very long time to arrive. Abraham assured me system was fully covered and warranted for 25 years.
