My partner spent two weeks here for respite. All the staff in all departments were caring and added a personal touch. I felt very happy knowing he was getting good care and being well looked after. I also felt all my concerns were addressed immediately and I felt I was updated about my partners care constantly.

I visited this care home on behalf of a former resident today for a memorial party and I must say it was utterly delightful. The staff were patiently and kindly putting up a Christmas tree with residents and laughing together. They went above and beyond to celebrate the life of the resident even though he was only there for 3 weeks with advanced dementia and were so kind and charming. The looked after the family so warmly. It my mum's birthday today at the lodge.I have to say thank you so much to the absolutely wonderful staff. They really did make today very special.

I am so happy my dad is in this care home. The staff are wonderful and the facilities are 5 star

Failed to care for my father to the extent they allowed him to walk out of the home despite his advanced dementia.
