Staff helpful + friendly, clean fresh rooms + comminty areas, food standard very good, clients treated with respect, even if they get sworn at, nice feeling the minute you walk through the door.

My younger sister has been a resident since March 2023, and I have been consistently impressed with the home. It is modern, clean, well-staffed, and secure, which gives me great peace of mind knowing she is safe. She is very well-catered for, with a variety of food options and constant access to refreshments and snacks throughout the day. The care my sister recieves is excellent from all staff at the home .IT is a great comfort to me and her Son Paul and Daughter Evelyn . Just knowing she is in a safe careing place. Its nice to meet and talk to other patience .

Outstanding care home, my mum is a resident at Camberwell lodge and is so well looked after by every single carer, The staff are incredible and always around for anything you require, Jessica and Marianna are absolutely amazing who make sure that whatever you need will get done immediately, A very beautiful and clean care home my mums room is cleaned every single day by amazing cleaners.

My sister was well cared for and always well presented how she was before her Alzheimer's diagnosis. She loved the ladies in red. Our family felt trusted in her care & well being.

Mum celebrated her 90th birthday party at Camberwell Lodge. The staff were amazing and made my mum's big day extra special. The food was glorious with such a fantastic spread and an amazing barbecue, and ice cool refreshing drink. An ending with a home made cake fit for a queen! It was quite a big event with over 24 people present and everyone commented how fabulous the party was and how professional and tentative staff were at the event. My auntie recently stayed at Camberwell Lodge, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care she received. They made her feel comfortable and cared for at every step, ensuring she felt at home. It was reassuring for our family to see her well looked after. The home was clean, welcoming and well run with plenty of activities and nutritious meals.

My mum was reluctant to move into a care home but had to for extra support. Camberwell Lodges team went above and beyond to welcome her. She made some friends and even took part in activities to my surprise. The place is spotless and everyone is friendly. I would move in to if I could.
