Brought our severely ill cat in for care. The Vet was great. But... We had to have life or death discussions via phone from the car, were put on hold, calling back only to be sent to voice mail. We decided on euthanasia. We pleaded for “mom” and “dad” to both be present. Couldn’t do it. Company policy. Either just one of us or no one. Pathetic. We have have been going to Camboro for 20 or thirty years. NEVER AGAIN.

having been a loyal customer to this vet for many years, I am shocked at how poorly my fur babies were treated. the focus is clearly on the money they're making and two of my dearest old cats died in my arms the day camboro did not have any appointment times and thought I should pay two emergency fees to have suffering animals receive the meds to ease their pain I am so thoroughly disappointed in the staff focusing so dearly on getting my payment while I sobbed and handed over a credit card with my dying cat in my arms, forg... read more
camboro put a chip in my kitten on the side of her neck just below her jaw. Every time we pet her we feel it- it should have been placed between her shoulder blades. Got a spay voucher from Erie animal network. got her spayed at camboro only AFTER having to pay for a 45$ initial check up, even though we already had her looked at by Erie animal hospital when we brought her home. I received a symphony card yesterday in my mail for my loss on 12/12/16.he was only 2yrs old with a autoimmune disease.my heavy heart was lifted a bit to see just how much Camboro cares for their patients.and to have the staff personally sign the card ment just as much .I recommend Camboro vet in edinboro to all pet owners your not gonna find a more caring , respected, hospital for your pets than here.Camboro is my # 1 pet veterinary hospital.Bless you Camboro.Jill Kaiser.
RecommendedI honestly don't recommend. have been with them a very long time but years ago something changed. in the past 3 I have had the vet call and talk to me twice about an animal not even mine as they mixed them up. also had meds sent home with the wrong dog and owner name on them last fall. thankfully the med was correct and I read once home. and just had my dog treated for pancreatitis yesterday after $650 bill. that was ok but then I called today asking for a call back as 2 of my other dogs are now sick, waited all day. no ca... read more
