First Apartment. These apartments were awful and down right scary when I lived here but that was before the reno. I wish they looked that nice and clean when I lived there.

Reviews are Your Friends I've been here for years, unfortunately, & it's been ok but a headache all the same. I referred 2 tenants, & did not receive either of my referral discount as promised. I spoke to them about it, & was given nothing but excuses. In the past year or so, management made some VERY inconvenient changes, & could care less what's best for the tenants. Look Around Before Renting Here At first the place seemed okay, all of the apartments are undergoing renovations so I expected previous problems would be resolved before moving in. However, after 3 months everything is falling apart. The doors are coming off the hinges, there constantly plumbing issues in both the kitchen and bathroom, the paint in the bathroom is pealing off, and mold has started showing up in our apartment.
