Believe the reviews! I moved in to Cameron creek January of 2020. Since then I’ve had issues and beginning in March I’ve placed 15+ work orders for my AC/maintenance. My place can get up to 90 degrees (set on 67). Not until 7/15/2020 me contacting the manager we found a solution and the whole unit was rusted and not working. On Friday I was suppose to have a working unit and when I called to report my unit was hot. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place was amazing at first, staff was helpful, people actually answered the phone, management pretty much left you alone. Now that somebodys moved in upstairs and Ive realized exactly how thin the walls are and how cheaply these units were made, Ive started feeling quite a bit different. My expensive washer and dryer have to be stored in an outside utility closet, doing laundry outside in the winter isnt fun. The bathtubs they decided on were meant for 6 year olds, not adults. R.U.N I wouldn’t wish these apartments on my worst enemy. They have terrible customer service. Never answer the phone when you have an issue. The trash valet they force you to pay misses trash day and Cameron creek will charge you another $25 (each time) over your $30 a month charge for it not getting picked up. The apartments are really old and moldy. All they do is paint over it. I’ve gotten to have the mold in the apartment cleaned at least once every two months. It’s ridiculous. Do Not Consider These Apartments STAY AWAY!!! Ignorant and rude staff. Trashy and careless neighbors. Parking is a hot mess, everything in the apartment is cheaply built, walls are super thin, I shouldn't hear my neighbors 3 minute intimacy moments at 2 in morning or arguments. Folks constantly fly through the parking lot with loud music. Junk cars just taking up parking spaces. I can go on and on. I would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!

Terrible The leasing people at Cameron Creek were terrible with how they handed our application information. They withheld information and also did not communicate with us well. We were moving from out of state and they were not helpful at all

Don’t look or lease I applied based off the previous reviews but: Save your money! They lied about the move-in special, stole our money, ignored our callls and lied about the refund. We applied for the apartment May 14th and waited 2 weeks for them to tell us that we were approved. I made sure befor I applied to ask WHAT COSTS ARE INCLUDED - and Whitley said “everything but move in costs” . Yea, we are relocating from Tennessee so move in costs are admin fees and so forth. HORRIBLE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!'n This place is a living nightmare. I have been dealing with fleas for at least 2 months now. My apartment is infested and it's all because the maintenance man came in my apartment and left my apartment door open for hours and lied and said he closed it. Pest control is a joke. If they spray they make you wait 2 weeks when fleas lay eggs every 7 days. It is getting worse by the day! I have to check my daughter hair for fleas daily! Find another place to rent! The Staff and management will make false statements and take advantage of you, especially first time renters. I would stay clear of this staff and management! They will find anyway possible to charge you for those hidden surprises in the fine print! And if you call and complain , Emily the manager will hang up on you! When you ask for her supervisors number, she will give it but that person will never call you back! My advice is Rent anywhere but this place!
