Verified Renter Cameron Park is a nice, clean, and peaceful place to live. Management (Ms. Pam) is courteous, respectful, professional, and mindful. It hasnt been not one time I had a problem with my unit and they wasnt on the job. Maintenance (Mr.James) also prompt with emergency calls. Never takes long to respond. I always refer people to move here. I love my community.

Verified Renter I don't have any problems with the staff or maintenance. The neighbors can be a bit much from time to time but that comes with living in apartments. They grounds are well kept and I've never had any major problems. Any time things need to fix it's taken care of quickly.

Resident Cameron Park is hands down one of the best apartment complex I have stayed at. I have been a resident for more than 8 years and have had the best experience from the amenities of the apartment to the management team.
