Verified Renter Office staff and maintenance are professional and take care of most issues in a timely matter. The recent upgrades continues to make this property a pleasant environment for my family.
Needs improvement I like the apartment. The size is great for a single person. I live in a 2 bedroom. The only complaint I have is that the gate never works and you can hear the person upstairs really well.
Verified Renter I would not recommend, maintenance response time is too slow, it took 2 months to complete 2 maintenance issues that could have been completed in 24 hours, i suffered in 90-110 degree heat during the day and 80-90 degree heat at night for over a month before it was completed (08/21/24). the price for what you are getting is not worth it. Rental prices are going up but the amenities in the community or apartment are not changing.

Verified Renter Don’t move here. All my neighbors are moving and talking about the crime. Some kids were trying to break in car in broad daylight. I don’t feel safe
