Hi This transport company did everything they promised by delivering my vehicle in a timely fashion, it was promised in 7 to 10 days and was delivered by the seventh day. Their communication was great and kept me informed at all times.

Very professional, my vehicle was picked up and delivered on the exact dates given. The car was delivered in the same condition as it was released to the transporter. I would reuse this company again.

My university student son was isolated in Canada due to the corona virus. We were in the US with the border closed. Only practical solution we could come up with was to ship him a car. Blaine at Canadian Car Shipping helped us through the whole process. He clearly knew his stuff and was very professional. Car successfully shipped and we are very relieved.

Excellent customer service from Canadian car shipping. This was my first time shipping a car and I shipped from Austin, TX to Ontario. Blaine (my rep from Canadian car shipping) and I want back and forth 18 times over email since I had SO many questions. Each time, Blaine answered within the house every single time. Car was picked up the day after I placed the order, and it arrived a day before expected. Car is completely intact, only 1 mile was added in the shipping process. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Canadian Car Shipping/Easy Auto Ship. My vehicle was delivered four days late, and upon arrival, I discovered serious damage to the factory-installed canvas sunroofresulting in water leaking into the cabin. Instead of taking responsibility, they denied my claim based on an absurd 24-hour reporting rule and a policy exclusion that wrongly categorizes a built-in sunroof as a removable accessory. We are sorry that your vehicle had an issue in transit, and you consider it damaged. The vehicle was a 1989 ****** S-cargo, and apparently the top, whether from age or build factors, could not sustain freeway speed winds on the truck. The top was not damaged, it gave way to the winds at a joint. Looking at the emails and calls we had with you, you were updated every step of the way. Hiring Canadian Car Shipping was and still is a REAL NIGHTMARE !!I talked to ****** in January-10 about moving my car from *********** to ******* and he indicated it would take a week to 10 days. Once he sent the paperwork he included a disclaimer that Shipping could take several weeks. On January-26 my car was available for picking up but they did it only on February-1. We will accept you screaming at us over the phone for the real world problems that are happening today, but to not accept them, and blame others socially is not ok. To unpack this, a 5 day window was needed for pick up, and we picked up in 3 days. The transit time is roughly 2 weeks, 7 to 10 days was never indicated. Just The Facts I talked to ****** in October about moving our van from ******* to *********** ******* and he indicated it would take a week to 10 days. Once he sent the paperwork he included a disclaimer that Shipping could take several weeks. At that point our travel plans were made and our flight booked for Oct.29th.
