Looking at the emails and calls we had with you, you were updated every step of the way. Hiring Canadian Car Shipping was and still is a REAL NIGHTMARE !!I talked to ****** in January-10 about moving my car from *********** to ******* and he indicated it would take a week to 10 days. Once he sent the paperwork he included a disclaimer that Shipping could take several weeks. On January-26 my car was available for picking up but they did it only on February-1. We will accept you screaming at us over the phone for the real world problems that are happening today, but to not accept them, and blame others socially is not ok. To unpack this, a 5 day window was needed for pick up, and we picked up in 3 days. The transit time is roughly 2 weeks, 7 to 10 days was never indicated. Your vehicle was picked up Feb 1st and scheduled to deliver Feb 11th. Just The Facts I talked to ****** in October about moving our van from ******* to *********** ******* and he indicated it would take a week to 10 days. Once he sent the paperwork he included a disclaimer that Shipping could take several weeks. At that point our travel plans were made and our flight booked for Oct.29th.
