The only real problem we had was the delay on the appraisal for the bridge loan - it seemed that process could have started sooner so we wouldn't end up trying to rush it all the week before closing. That said, though, my agent said she was very appreciative of the weekly updates that she and the seller's agent received. That responsiveness made their work much easier.
