She didn't listen to what was being said. She didn't want to be bothered with the actual problem so her solution to the issue was to reset your password. Then when she was contacted by my wife, she again refused to listen to the problem an told I.T. that I needed help to create an account because in the year 2023 where all you do is create accounts for everything, I magically needed help to create an account for this, but again that was not the solution or even the issue.
