They are the most racist people on the beach.. I think someone need to report them to authority's for decline people for they racist activity..
Please do something about the drugs, shootings, loud music, grounds, and overall safety of the residents. Please. I'm fearful to walk to my car at night.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They're very misleading. Save yourself money, time, and heartache; rent from somewhere else! I promise you're not missing out on anything. Everything is outdated and disgusting, except for the newly renovated office, which no customer uses. I'm being serious, just find somewhere else!
gross. Stay away. Was looking for a first apartment for my sister. Did not respond to emails or call me back.mi eventually stopped by and got to see for myself that this place is a joke. They talked up the pools but on the tour one was surrounded by caution tape lol. I could go on but there are plenty other reviews that will go over the other laughable conditions.
Wish you could give zero stars! I've been moved out for almost 6 months and they're just now trying to hit me with a $700 bill for crap! They said I damaged the window and blinds, funny thing is when I moved in there weren't even any blinds! I had to purchase them and I was nice enough to leave them behind for the next people. Pretty sure they're charging me because they have nobody living in it, trying to get their money. Moving in or out? TAKE PICTURES. They will try their damnest to stiffen you of your money! Awful!
Worst place to live. Awful maintenance. Ladies in the office are rude as hell and are complete you know whats. I advise to stay far away from this place. They do not care about their tenants and it's way over priced. Definitely not worth the money you've worked for.
Roof is leaking ,they said put a bucket under it ,they change the rules as you go and have different rules for different people my suggestion is not to live here .
