Don't be fooled. Most people that leave a review haven't lived under their rule. I'll add photos as I can. I'd add videos if I could. I had to install a camera in the apartment I rented. They do random checks. Maintenance will come in with fake work orders that you didn't ask for. Please for your own sake. Take pictures of everything, and bring a witness. My mom lived at this complex twice. The first time was in 2016 and we had no issues but the second time was a total nightmare. It's unfortunate that the office staff are completely incompetent of how to manage this property. From the chaotic/poorly planned remodel to the mishandling of my mom's account upon her moving out. I'm beyond unimpressed.
This place is beyond garbage!!! The moment you step out your apartment you get a big whiff of dog feeces. You just so happen to make your way to the back left and the place looks like a Dump Site. Washer machines thrown around from the "renovating", garbage everywhere. They charge you for upgrades you have not and most likely will not receive within your lease agreement. I went by the office and spoke to the propriety manager on the phone today and it was one of the most inconsiderate and poorly handled situations I have gone through. I voiced my concerns/inconveniences about a renovation date - it will cost me money, I have a dog I’m being told to make other arrangements with even though I work full time, my belongings will be out in the open, I live alone and don’t feel safe with the arrangement, I’m having to move all of my kitchen items and other items throughout the apartment away from ... read more
