I was greeted by friendly staff and checked in by receptionist promptly. My cleaning and X-rays were taken with care and comfort. The Dentist gave counsel after reviewing the hygienist notes and examining my teeth as well, He took his time explaining the work which was recommended and answered all my questions. Wonderful visit!
I was seen for a dental emergency and was treated with respect and total caring professionalism. I was educated every step of the way. Very appreciative to Dr. Deems and his staff. There was concern about any pain, but I did not have a painful experience :-). Thank you.
The only dentist I've ever been to that makes me feel happy when I leave! Dr. Deems is such a lovely and interesting person that it is a pleasure to see him, and so your focus isn't so much on the dental work (which nobody likes). He has the latest in training and equipment, and he stays current on developments in the field. I don't believe there are enough words in the Engllish language to describe how I feel about this office. This by far is the most professional medical facility I have ever been in. The staff is so caring, knowledgeable, yet down to earth. Most times when you find professional and knowledgeable they are stuffy, not here. I've been coming to Dr. Deems for over five years and I don't regret it one bit. He and the staff are very kind and caring. They keep me smiling bright every time. 8-)
My experience has been unexpectedly pleasant for more than 15 years. Pleasant at the dentist might seem unusual, but the entire staff is so skilled and caring that life really doesn't hurt. You can't go wrong.
Always concerned with the client's health and welfare. They are very through with even the most most routine procedures. All things considered they are the best. They take care of your total needs as far as oral hygiene is concerned. I would get them the highest recommendation.
I can't honestly say I enjoyed my visit. After all, a dentist visit? I can say the resolution of my problem was handled with the efficient professional care I have come to expect from the people of Cantrell West Dental.
I've been coming here for about 3 years. And it is better than any other dentist's office I've ever been to.
