As usual, I had a most pleasant experience with Dr. Deem and his staff. Sitting in a dentist chair for two hours is never fun, but he and his staff made the experience as easy as it could have been. I enjoyed the friendly banter that we had as I was sitting in the chair. I recommend this office without reservation.
My experience at Cantrell West Dental was amazing. They explained exactly what would happen during my process and was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The customer service was awesome!
As usual, whenever I need "ER Dental repairs" Don accommodates immediately and does an outstanding job on the problem tooth. Deems has been our family dentist over 25 years because he is so effective and skilled in all aspects of dentistry and incredibly competent and caring.
Dr. Deems and his staff are wonderful. I have been to a few dentist in Little Rock prior to finding Dr. Deems. He has given me reason to smile again.
I was greeted by friendly staff and checked in by receptionist promptly. My cleaning and X-rays were taken with care and comfort. The Dentist gave counsel after reviewing the hygienist notes and examining my teeth as well, He took his time explaining the work which was recommended and answered all my questions. Wonderful visit!
I was seen for a dental emergency and was treated with respect and total caring professionalism. I was educated every step of the way. Very appreciative to Dr. Deems and his staff. There was concern about any pain, but I did not have a painful experience :-). Thank you.
