I am a recurring customer and called with a question about a constant gurgling coming from one of my LG minisplits. They had a technician here couple of days later. He resolved my problem and educated me on the issue which gives me better control over my equipment. The technician was very helpful, particular and knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing, was mindful of my property which I like.
