Technician Bret did a great job. Polite, professional and respectful. Our home is new to us and he spent time figuring out our system and explained how it functions and recommended some additional controls for improvement. Brett did a thorough annual service. We highly recommend Cape Heating and Air Conditioning

I chose Cape Heating & AC after many reviews of HVAC companies on the Cape. Their reviews were stellar and they did not disappoint. Their tech, Jon, was knowledgeable, professional, and got to the problem with our AC, costing me half of what another company had quoted for the repair. Most of all, he communicated as he checked out the system, keeping me informed of exactly what he was finding and finally the exact problem. I give them 6 stars!
