A rating of Ten Stars wouldn’t be enough to describe how pleased I am with their service! Beginning with the first call into them I felt like they actually listened to my issues, cared and wanted to help me. I stayed with the Technician and couldn’t believe how thorough he was and diligent to make sure my Heat pump unit was completely fixed, clean and running. Blake Dean is his name. He’s the kind of guy who checks out everything and skillfully finds the problem. Would recommend him and CCHP!!

Bret was great, came in time, was polite, loved the old pup in the house, went through the house and got the job down in a quick efficient manner. In chatting with him, he reminded me that CCHP now has an electrical component so I called them that very afternoon on some electrical work. As always Cape Cod Heat Pumps does a fantastic job!

Cape Cod Heat Pumps was extremely easy to work with. I called, set an appointment, and they actually called me back to ask if they could come a day earlier than scheduled. The technician was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of our issue. I really liked how they gave us options and allowed us to make the decision on what we wanted fixed now…or potentially later. I highly recommend them!

Great installation process. Good communication from lead technician Brian on decisions. Got work done within the 2 day process. Cleaned up after themselves. Brian went through details of operation and recommended settings. Very happy with the whole process.
