We contacted Cape Heat AC Electric after our Mini-split heating system failed. We were told the part needed for our repair was located nearby. Based on that information we elected to go with Cape Heat AC Electric as we were experiencing frigid winter conditions with no heat. After authorizing the service proposal, we were informed the part was not local and had to be ordered. We were not given an option to expedite the order despite the severe winter conditions.
