Capital Construction is an efficient and well-mannered company that worked with us to get our roof done. We appreciate their support with our financial needs and how timely the job got done. There were a few things we found, after the project was completed, that we noticed needing clean-up or repair, Capital Construction was prompt with righting these issues for us. I did have to call to have the dumpster removed after it sat in my driveway for about a week after the project finished, but it was removed promptly after that.
This is the second job that they have done on my house. They did a magnificent job the first time and it was a no brained to have them tackle the second project. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking new siding on their house.
Overall the experience with Capital Construction was positive. However disappointed in the lack of response to emails to complete several issues that were pointed out during final punchlist or discovered shortly thereafter.
Had a great experience with the salesman (Trevor) as well as the two subcontractors who did the roofing and gutters. We were contacted by multiple individuals explaining the job and double checking the order. The reason for not giving 5 stars had to do with the project management team. We had supplies and dumpster dropped off without notice and I had to call them to find out when the project was starting. Turned out that they were starting the next day which was a Saturday and we had not planned to be home but changed plans.... read more

They were very, very professional, very timely, and the crew was respectful and communicative with us. They were incredibly efficient with the timeline. Furthermore, they well met their estimated timetable in half of what they estimated. It was really amazing how quickly they did everything. A lot of people have been slowing down to take a look at it.
